-yes you can, it's portable. as long as you have an internet connection you can use anywhere in the world.

• does your service offer live local channels?

-most of our channels are nationally broadcasted, but there are many local channels for larger cities eg. new york, toronto, london etc.

-no, we have recently stopped offering free trials due to various reasons.

• is $18usd/$22cad for one device only?

-yes, it's for one subscription for one device. we do offer discounts if you were to add a second device.

• how much is it for 2 devices per month?

-for 2 devices, it's $31usd/$38cad per month.

• how do i pay for my subscription?

-you can pay online via credit card, debit, paypal and interac e-transfer. for new customers refer to "sign up now", to renew your subscription monthly refer to "renew subscription" to make payment.

• can you set up auto-withdrawal each month?

-yes, we can set up auto-withdrawal via paypal or credit card. please contact us to authorize us to set this up.

-we always recommend to install a vpn on your device for your own protection. we recommend nordvpn or expressvpn.

• how do i find my mac address on my firestick?

-you can find your mac address by going to firetv>settings>my firetv>about>network. refer to our programming video to assist: https://youtu.be/HtSNTkHldYs

• where do i find the portal url?

-we will provide you the portal url when you fill in the form on the "sign up now" page.

• my tv stopped working, what should i do?

-we recommend resetting your internet router first. if that doesn't solve the issue, be sure your account is paid and active, as it may have expired. you can reach our team 7 days a week 9am-9pm est.

• does streamdogtv work on tivimate?

-yes it does!

• does streamdogtv have a tv guide?

-yes there is a tv guide but only select channels have upcoming shows displayed. we recommend downloading the "tv guide" app on your ios or android phone/tablet. you can create a free account and customize your channels to match our system and see all upcoming shows.

• i'm having difficulty navigating the system, what should i do?

-it takes a bit of time to get used to the system. however we have many resources to help you. you can watch our tutorial video: https://youtu.be/3Mx_D6o4bB8. you can also download our "remote functions" diagram. we also have a "user manual" for your reference.
